According to the project co-coordinator Mr. Andy Morkah (MD/CEO Richards Infrastructures Limited) the mall is due to be delivered by the end of third quarter of 2016. By then, the Paved Roads, Electricity, Car Park and other amenities of the mall would have been concluded.
The anchor tenant- SPAR has commenced internal works on their 3000sqm shopping space to ensure that they open shop by the last quarter of 2016. The mall which is being leased by Property Vault Limited is about 65% subscribed by both international and local brand operators’ e.g. Adidas, Mopheth Pharmacy, Cook & steam Limited, Essenza perfumes, Vava Furnitures, ExquisitePhotos, Intercontinental phones etc. Leasing discussions are at advanced stages with brands like Levites, swatch, sports world, ruff n tumble etc.
According to Mr. Morkah, commencement of shopping activities by the last quarter will change the shopping experience of Lifecamp/Gwarinpa Axis. The mall is structured to serve shoppers from Gwarinpa,Lifecamp, Jabi, Utako,Kado, etc. and is worthy to state that it is the only shopping center within life camp axis.
