My name is Sharon Ifepariola Adegboye and I am a stunch #introvert. Growing up I was very quiet in class(still quiet I think, might not be gentle though, not sure, lol) and rarely talk except I have to, not because I was a dull student but because I love to stay in my shell. 

I was a member of press club so I casted news, because of my academic performance I was made to do debates but if I had my way, I just want to stay away in my little corner and do my thing that doesn't involve talking at all.
I hated to meet new people, talkless of start up a conversation especially with people I do not know, I was and still is a lady of few words(I talk more in writing, I guess you all know that by now, lol)

Because of my introvertish temperament I did more of Internet, I love being online, googling and reading up stuffs, finding out things so I decided to convert my love for the Internet into money, this is how I started looking for ways to work online so I don't need to meet people physically, lol..... I chose network marketing
Now it got to get point where working as a medical laboratory scientist was choking me up, killing my talents as I couldn't do the things I loved to do, writing and singing(as a single lady I published my first book and released my first album), being very pregnant yet having to travel 45mins daily to and fro work on a dangerous auchi/irrua road, get home to a 3 years old etc got me to say to myself "SHARON YOU NEED TO TRASH YOUR EXCUSES AND DIVE IN" so I defied my fear of talking to people and my limitation of being an introvert and took up network marketing... Yea an industry where you need to meet more people and help them fulfil their dreams meaning you work with people

I didnt know how I would do this, I didn't figure it out but I knew I CAN'T ALLOW MEDIOCRITY OR LIMITATIONS, I CAN'T KEEP SAYING "I CAN'T" OR USE MY TEMPERAMENT AS AN EXCUSE TO ROMANCE FAILURE so I stepped out without thinking into the industry......
I never had access to all the free trainings great coaches dish out now daily so I was doing trial and error........ I didn't stop even when it wasn't yielding yet

So I got the right company and went with them determined to succeed, I worked and was seeing success but somehow I wanted to brand me so in August last year I #paused building my network marketing business to build my network marketing career( you don't have to pause, you can do both but I went for network marketing because I needed TIME FREEDOM remember so I wasn't going to overload myself at all)........ I found a way to sharpen my communication skills and my recruiting skills
Alot of persons thought I had lost it as my growth was stunted in the 4months I was building my network marketing career but I knew what I wanted and kept going...... Today it yields results massively....
Without paying for adverts I can recruit on a daily basis from the investment I did in myself and my network marketing career.

Here are my points:
✔️Stop saying "I cant", it is a limiting phrase, tends towards mediocrity
✔️Know what you want and focus on it whether it's yielding yet or not
✔️You can be who you want to be if ready to take the necessary actions
✔️What people think doesn't matter
✔️You have the ability to LEARN ANY SKILL, talents are great but if you ain't talented in that area, #learn, acquire the skill, at the end it doesn't matter if it's a talent or a skill as long as you are seeing results.
